IT Pmo - SAP Rollout - 6 Months H/F

What they need

Context

The role expected is IT PMO for the Business unit CEDE.

CEDE is a Central Europe regional structure, bringing together countries such as Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Croatia.

The Project CONNECT core model Phase 1 (SAP S/4 with interfaces to applications (Coupa, Salesforce, Palantir...)) has been live this summer.

We are now entering phase 2 which consists of phase 1 backlog follow-up and roll out to other entities.

The position is within the CTO PMO pool and will assist the CEDE Transformation IT Program Director.

Teams are located in several European countries (UK, Germany, France, ...). The job can mostly be remote.

Missions

• Support the CEDE Region / Business unit, coordinating technical build and local IT.
• Prioritize and monitor Phase 1 Go live backlog.
• Manage Phase 2 Roll Out as PMO.
• Assist governance (steer program, SPOC setup, Comitology) for the CEDE Transformation IT Program Director.
• Manage overall plan, governance, and project charter.
• Coordinate detailed integration plan and commitments, align teams.
• Define RACI among technical teams.
• Follow up local integration.
• Drumbeat and report progress, alert and escalate when necessary.
• Weekly reporting and participation in steering support preparation for CEDE project management.
• Integrate upcoming M&A into scope and process.
