You'll be our first product hire, owning the machine that turns priorities into shipped product: from spec to release.

• Turn priorities into crisp, precise specs so engineers are never blocked wondering what "done" means.

• Run the delivery machine: sequence the work, keep a growing team unblocked and shipping, own QA and release.

• Spend real time with our customers, compliance and fraud teams at banks and fintechs, to validate ideas and sharpen requirements.
