Senior Product Manager - Dispatch Team

🛠 The team

Our product team is composed of 14 people across our Paris and Nantes office: 7 Product managers, 6 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.

You’ll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people across Paris, Nantes, and other remote locations).

The Dashdoc product is split into three core parts:

• The API

• The Web applications (TMS, Flow, Wam, Crossdock… and more to come)

• The Mobile app (for truckers)

• Discovery: Harvestr, Screeb, Mixpanel, Sessionrewind

• AI/Design: Claude, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Figma… the list keeps growing

• Various: Figjam, Notion

• Tech Stack: React (with Storybook, design system, TypeScript), Tailwind, React Query, React Native

🚀 Your mission

We’re looking for an Senior Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of Dashdoc’s platform with the Transport/Dispatch team.

Goal of the Dispatch team: This team builds and maintain one of the most important part of the product, which is everything linked to the job of the dispatcher: order reception, mission scheduling and sending, getting track&trace information from the drivers.

On this strategic domain you will.

1. Lead discovery, shaping, and delivery of features that solve real user problems.

2. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing).

3. Drive your roadmap, ensuring your domain is best-in-class and aligned with Dashdoc’s vision.
