Objectifs et livrables

The CTO Transversal Project Manager, positioned within the Workplace team, is responsible for leading and leading as PM and coordinating several project in the organization. This role requires deep level of project owner being able to understand technical across multiple infrastructure and cloud domains.

The position oversees complex projects :

• Azure tiering model project

• Azure landing zone evolution (firewall architecture modernization),

• Deployment of Windows 365 for SG user

• Deployment of Windows 365–based VDI for partners.

• Partner identity and access management transformation

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, architecture awareness, and hands-on delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all phases of the different project, including defining objectives, resource planning, and risk management.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient

• Document migration projectand procedures, and provide regular progress reports.

• Train and support end-users during and after the migration to ensure successful adoption of the solution.

• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, milestones, risks, budget, dependencies, and reporting.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security guidelines, and governance frameworks.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, management and security.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5–10+ years experience in CTO context as project owner (infrastructure, cloud, architecture).

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in identity and access management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mission duration

Untill end of project (estimated 9 months, starting february, renewed every 3 months)

Required Technical Expertise - Be able to work with technical stakeholder as

• Identity & Access Management : Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, role-based access control, privileged identity management.

• Public Cloud (Azure) : Understanding of Azure Landing Zone architecture, Management Group, RBAC, Networking, Policies, Hub & Spoke

• Network Architecture : Understanding of network security: firewalls, proxies, segmentation, and connectivity models (on prem ↔ cloud).

• End User Computing : Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and device management strategies.

• Infrastructure : General understanding of datacenter, server management, VMWare, JumpBox Security • General understanding of CTO security concern
