Data Engineer [English] - Freelance

Location: Puteaux (3 days of remote work per week).

Job Description:

• Strong SQL Server expertise with proven experience in designing and developing Data Warehouses and Data Marts.

• Data Modeling expertise is mandatory, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, fact, and dimension design, and translating business requirements into scalable analytical models.

• Solid experience in developing and optimizing complex stored procedures, ETL logic, and data transformation rules in SQL Server.

• Hands-on experience with SSIS for data integration, orchestration, and workflow automation.

• Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including SQL Server databases, APIs, and event-based data streams.

• Experience in building semantic, reporting layers, and delivering business insights through Looker dashboards and analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and implement complex business rules and data transformations.

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.

• Experience working within Agile development environments.
