We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade semantic models and business intelligence reporting solutions. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high-performance data models and advanced dashboards aligned with business needs while ensuring governance, security, and data accuracy.

Develop and maintain robust semantic data models following best practices

Build advanced Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements

Implement complex DAX calculations, KPIs, and advanced performance metrics

Optimize model performance and refresh cycles

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and enforce security requirements

Ensure data consistency, usability, and reporting accuracy

Collaborate with Data Engineers to consume curated datasets

Support deployment processes and lifecycle management

Troubleshoot data model and reporting issues

Maintain documentation and report catalog

Minimum 4+ years of experience as Power BI Developer

Strong experience building enterprise-grade semantic models

Proven expertise in performance optimization and refresh management

Hands-on experience implementing RLS and security frameworks

Experience working with structured datasets from Data Engineering teams
