Pour le compte d'un acteur majeur de la transformation numérique et des services informatiques, nous recherchons un(e) Analyste d'Exploitation Applicative (H/F).
Au sein de la Direction Produit, vous intégrez l'équipe en charge du Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) d'une plateforme SaaS stratégique de facturation électronique, en très forte croissance suite à des évolutions réglementaires majeures.
📋 VOS MISSIONSRattaché(e) directement au Manager d'Exploitation, vous assurez la stabilité et le suivi opérationnel de la plateforme :
Traitement & Run : Prendre en charge les événements de production, les demandes d'exploitation, les incidents applicatifs (N2/N3) et procéder aux ajustements de statuts en base de données.
Gestion des Changements : Participer aux comités de changements (CAB), ouvrir les tickets de problèmes (PB) et proposer des sujets d'amélioration de l'exploitation.
Monitoring & Capacity Planning : Participer à la supervision de la plateforme, éditer les reportings opérationnels et intervenir en lien avec le suivi des capacités (Capacity Planning).
Documentation : Rédiger et maintenir à jour les procédures d'exploitation.
