Description du poste
Concevoir, faire évoluer et piloter la stratégie technique des tunnels de commande client et collaborateur au sein d'un écosystème omnicanal e-commerce à fort trafic.
Missions et responsabilitésLeadership technique et accompagnement :
Assurer le rôle d'interlocuteur technique privilégié auprès des équipes produit (Product Owners et Product Managers).
Encadrer et mentorer les développeurs au quotidien.
Stimuler les pratiques de pair programming et de MOB programming sur les architectures complexes.
Développement et qualité :
Concevoir et développer les fonctionnalités clés du périmètre.
Piloter les processus de revue de code (pull requests) et promouvoir les revues collectives.
Superviser l'intégration de GitHub Copilot (construction de workflows agentiques) en garantissant un contrôle humain strict sur le code produit.
Performance et accessibilité :
Veiller au respect rigoureux des normes d'accessibilité numérique (RGAA).
Optimiser en continu les performances web et suivre les métriques Google Core Web Vitals.
