Your Role

Digital transformation is a core pillar of CMA CGM Group’s strategy. As part of our IT teams, you’ll contribute to large-scale technology projects supporting one of the world’s leading transport and logistics groups.
Embedded in the Information Systems Division, you will:

• Design and develop an application for monitoring IT operations across terminals, serving Group-level management.
• Engage in the full application lifecycle—from requirements to production deployment—while integrating AI-driven innovations.
• Work in a hands-on learning environment at the intersection of software development, data, and AI, reporting to an IT Manager and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI-oriented Full Stack Developer Apprentice, you will:

• Design and develop a web application end-to-end (requirements → deployment) to create dashboards monitoring IT operations for terminal management.
• Gather and formalize requirements, draft functional/technical specifications, and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop application components (frontend, backend, data layer) using modern technologies, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Integrate AI (including agentic approaches) across the project lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the application.
• Structure and track project activities (prioritization, task management, deliverables).
• Design reliable dashboards and visualizations for IT operations monitoring.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• Solid full-stack development skills (academic/personal projects or internship experience).
• Strong interest in AI and its practical applications in software development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and team collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills

• Internship or academic project experience in IT systems or project management.
• Knowledge of web technologies:
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
• APIs and databases
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems.
• Interest in data visualization and dashboarding.
