Data Analyst - Freelance

Insurance Data Analyst opportunity with a leading organization in the insurance sector in Belgium. This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence required twice a week at the client’s office in Brussels or Antwerp.

You’ll help transform large volumes of insurance data into actionable insights, supporting business decisions across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to analyze trends, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and processing data from multiple sources

• Performing statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA)

• Identifying trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

• Building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools

• Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders

• Monitoring KPIs and supporting data-driven decision-making

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
