Fund Accounting / Asset Management Specialist – Brussels - Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting / Asset Management Specialist to join a leading international financial institution in Brussels and contribute to fund accounting, NAV oversight, financial data quality, reporting and operational process improvement.

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work mode: Full-time — Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)

Mission

You will combine strong Fund Accounting / Fund Administration expertise with NAV oversight, accounting data control, reporting and business analysis, working across Business, Operations and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain NAV/VNI calculation calendars for funds domiciled in France, Luxembourg and Ireland

• Coordinate the collection, centralization, control and distribution of accounting data

• Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of NAVs/VNIs produced by external Fund Administrators

• Perform fund accounting controls and reconciliations

• Investigate discrepancies and follow up on NAV and accounting issues

• Coordinate with Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, Custodians and Back Office teams

• Support Reporting & Performance activities

• Contribute to data quality, referential data and operational process improvements

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional / IT specifications when required
