A Day in the Life

As part of our global Data & AI Solutions team of 40 experts, you will:

• Build & Deploy: Collaborate with the product manager and other engineers to build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions meeting enterprise goals.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure the code complies with L'Oréal technology choices, frameworks, platforms, and guidelines, acting as the liaison between Product and Platform teams.
• Model Performance: Ensure the data science is sound, and that performant and accurate models are used for various business scenarios.
• Bridge Tech & Business: Communicate clearly to non-tech stakeholders, speak the business language, understand business requirements, and translate them into technical choices.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Data Science.

We Are Looking For

We welcome junior profiles with a Bachelor or Master's degree in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Data Science. Key skills selected from our L'Oréal Skills Library:

• Data Science Workflows: Hands-on experience with data exploration, cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling using Python and SQL.
• Analytical Translation: Experience translating business questions into measurable hypotheses, experiments, and actionable data-driven recommendations.
• Cloud & Tech: Knowledge of Google Cloud AI/ML solutions (Product/Agile or FMCG experience is a plus).
• Professional Skills: Creativity, design thinking, critical thinking, and impactful communication in English (French is a plus).
