Senior Product Designer - Freelance

Daily rate: 500€

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex digital products,

You will play a key role in shaping end-to-end user experiences, influencing product strategy, and elevating design quality across the organization. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design,

• A strong portfolio demonstrating:

  • Strategic impact and design leadership

  • Ability to solve complex problems

  • High-level digital craft, balancing aesthetics and usability

• Proven ability to advocate for design, influence product decisions, and align design outcomes with business objectives

• Strong proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Solid understanding of:

  • User-centered design principles

  • Responsive and mobile-first approaches

  • End-to-end experience design

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions

• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into complete, coherent user experiences

• Expert knowledge of:

  • UX/UI best practices

  • User testing methodologies

  • Accessibility standards

  • iOS Human Interface Guidelines

  • Material Design

  Extra Skills That Set You Apart

• Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to present concepts and strategies to all levels of the organization

• Deep understanding of design strategy, especially in international and global contexts

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage and/or Luxury brands is a plus

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• Good understanding of native app development concepts, coding languages, design patterns, and technical constraints is a strong plus

• Experience in motion design, animation, and video editing

• Curiosity and hands-on interest in generative AI tools and techniques applied to design
