The company is organized into autonomous product squads with short delivery cycles, strong ownership culture, and high technical standards.

The mission aims to reinforce backend teams to support scale, architectural evolution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python

• Contribute to architecture decisions and system design discussions

• Participate in monolith-to-microservices migrations (when applicable)

• Optimize system performance (scalability, latency, high-load handling)

• Improve code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD processes

• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and DevOps teams

• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions

Tech Stack (varies depending on the team)

• Python 3

• Django / FastAPI

• PostgreSQL

• Microservices architecture

• REST APIs / Event-driven systems

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• GCP or AWS

• CI/CD pipelines

• Monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, etc.)

Mandatory Profile Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in backend development with Python

• Mandatory experience in a scale-up or unicorn environment (high-growth context)

• Experience working on high-traffic or high-volume distributed systems

• Strong understanding of scalability and performance challenges

• Product-oriented mindset with strong ownership

• Autonomous and capable of making technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Marketplace or e-commerce experience

• Fintech / payments exposure

• Experience with architectural migrations

• Strong focus on clean architecture and engineering best practices
