Senior AI Engineer

• ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all AI-related initiatives within the company.
You will work on high-impact projects, from designing data pipelines to integrating LLM-powered features into production-ready products. This is a highly hands-on role with strong ownership and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
You will also play a key role in shaping the AI roadmap and laying the foundation for future AI initiatives.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and lead the AI/ML roadmap (model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks)

• Design and deploy LLM-powered features (document understanding, financial data extraction, semantic search, AI-assisted analysis)

• Integrate AI capabilities directly into the product in collaboration with product and engineering teams

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines (training & inference) on a PostgreSQL / GCP stack

• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and models (open-source and proprietary) based on cost-performance trade-offs

• Ensure high data quality standards across AI systems

• Guarantee compliance with GDPR and DORA regulations

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess their real business value

• Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices
