Devops Azure Angular US citizen - Freelance

Contexte de la mission

• Azure DevOps Engineer position within NEXT,

• Early-stage project (<1 year): development of a digital marketplace focused on high-performance sealing solutions

• Target industries: aerospace, space, nuclear → highly regulated environment

• Platform designed for the US market, hosted on Azure Government (sensitive data / export control)

• US Person required (US citizen or permanent resident)

• Very small team (~6 people), Boston-based but no real office → fully remote

• Currently in a critical build phase (6–10 weeks) → looking for someone who can join early and contribute to design and technical decisions

Objectifs et livrables

• Highly hands-on and foundational role, with responsibilities including:

  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub self-hosted on Azure VMs)

  • Managing infrastructure using Terraform

  • Deploying and operating the application (Angular + Django + PostgreSQL)

• Environment with strong security, compliance, and governance constraints (Azure Gov)

• Collaboration with an external provider managing the Azure Government tenant

• High impact, ownership, and visibility role in a startup environment backed by a large enterprise

• Ideal profile: Senior DevOps / builder, capable of structuring, securing, and scaling a platform in a constrained environment
