Job Description:
This role enables the governance and delivery of all IMO Europe & Central Eurasia (ECE) Digital & Data (Integration Management Office) prioritized demands, organized workstreams (Retail Execution, SRM, Logitics, Supply Planning, Support Functions, R&D, and D&A).
Protect the core business functions, assess the relevant dependencies, timings and sequencing, while enabling the regional leads to focus on design, development, deployment and nurturing of all IMO ECE Digital & Data approved initiatives. Works hand-in-hand with Regional Leads, Regional CIOs, and Business-as-Usual Digital PMOs.
Please note: The IMO ECE Digital & Data PMO role is not an individual project manager or scrum master, nor is it a replacement for functional/regional Co-Pilots. This is a highly collaborative, relationship-driven role requiring strong functional knowledge to credibly represent and influence key discussions.

The successful candidate will act as a connective layer across the broader Snacking Digital & Data ecosystem, helping improve collaboration, visibility, engagement, and organizational cohesion while supporting functional leaders in driving integrated execution across the Mars and Kellanova integration journey.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Governance for the IMO ECE Digital & Data Team
- Support the IMO Digital & Data Senior Director from design to execution of solid frameworks, playbooks and ways of working, in collaboration with Global Digital & Data PMO teams
- Translate the IMO ECE Digital & Data vision into jobs to be done and reflect all jobs to be done into the in-take process, prioritization criteria and relevant gates within iPLC and PMXi
- Read the region's temperature and be the problem solver within IMO ECE Digital & Data to help the regional team succeed and deliver on time, on budget, on quality
- Support regional interactions with external partners, their deliverables and financials
- Escalate properly in a very ambiguous and fast-moving environment, comfortable on being uncomfortable
- Monitor overall IMO ECE Digital & Data funding planning, allocation, spend, and compliance with the IMO Policies and Financial Manual
Business Continuity
- Work with Regional Digital & Data Leaders, Business Partners and Co-Pilots to protect the change freeze periods, critical business operations and FY performance
- Orchestrate the impacts of roadmap changes with Regional Digital & Data Leaders
- Partner with Global TMO (Testing Management Office) to ensure its frameworks are being followed within ECE
Operating Model across IMO Teams
- Actively manage the input and output into iPLC (Product Lifecycle) and PMXi (Project Mgt)
- Collaborate actively with Regional Business PMOs to secure continuous alignment between Digital & Data and the Regional Integration Business team
- Manage and report RAIDs/KDDs/Scorecards properly within IMO ECE and with key senior stakeholders
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay informed about industry and technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant for the Integration
- Keep an active mindset of "what if" and "why not" to create an atmosphere of learning for all
- Ensure Regional Leads are fully equipped, with right processes, tools, people and funding models
- Partner with Global VMO (Value Management Office) to explore and achieve efficiencies, positively influencing Mars Snacking TCO
People Management
- Unlock capacity and capabilities to remove roadblocks for IMO ECE delivery teams
- Prioritize associate's first strategy, contributing to talent development
- Act as the Chief-of-Staff for the IMO ECE Digital & Data team
- Support team meetings preparation and execution
Context and Scope
This role will act as a strong player across the ECE region, Digital & Data Associates, regional DT Leads, working closer with Regional CIO(s) and their team members, enabling them to focus on the design & delivery of all IMO approved initiatives. This role is crucial to manage the tensions behind the tension, and to equip the ECE regional leads in three scenarios:
- Global solutions, deployed regionally (big bang or phased approach)
- Regional solutions, deployed regionally
- Regional solutions, deployed locally
Education & Professional Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major with equivalent business experience. MBA/Master's degree preferred.
- Proven 7+ years of experience in large scale portfolio, program, project management, preferably related to M&A or Business Transformations
- Highly experienced dealing with senior leaders
Knowledge/Experience
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in Portfolio/Program/Project Management, PMBoK/SCRUM certified
- Recent experience in M&As
- Strong business acumen in CPG
- Experience managing and/or coordinating a variety of technical and non-technical talent in complex programs, multi-countries, multi-currencies, multi-functions.
- Experience working with senior leadership (Directors and above)
- Fast learner, and strong cultural fit to Mars and its 5 principles
