Dans le cadre d’un projet de migration de Sage vers SAP S/4HANA, nous recherchons un SAP S/4HANA Change Manager pour accompagner les utilisateurs et assurer l’adoption des nouveaux processus et outils.

Durée : 2.5 mois - Part-time
Lieux : Loire Atlantique – Hybride
Missions
Définir et piloter la stratégie de conduite du changement.
Réaliser les analyses d’impact métier et organisationnel.
Mettre en œuvre les plans de communication, formation et accompagnement.
Animer les ateliers avec les parties prenantes métiers.
Suivre les indicateurs d’adoption et gérer les risques liés au changement.
Collaborer avec les équipes projet, métiers et intégrateur SAP.
Profil
5+ ans d’expérience en Change Management sur des projets ERP
Expérience sur SAP S/4HANA ou migration ERP (Sage, Oracle, Dynamics, SAP ECC).
Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
