Job Description

Ensure the quality and reliability of IPAKI solutions (Terminal Administrative System) across the Ports & Terminals ecosystem by:

• Designing and executing test strategies to accelerate defect detection.
• Validating releases through robust validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements (Azure DevOps) into clear acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases with full traceability.
• Execute testing across environments (dev, test, pre-prod, production readiness):
• Manual functional testing
• Integration & end-to-end testing
• Regression & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop and refine the test strategy for IPAKI, prioritizing risk-based testing and regression protection for core workflows.
• Manage defects in Azure DevOps:
• Log, triage, and track issues with clear reproduction steps, impact analysis, and evidence.
• Retest fixes and ensure closure.
• Collaborate with:
• Product Owners
• Developers
• Site stakeholders
• Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) readiness by providing test evidence and sign-offs for changes.
