Job description – Functional Analyst Billing (SAP IS-U)

Context and objective of the mission

Within an Agile organization, the Functional Analyst joins a multidisciplinary team composed of profiles such as Marketeers, Analysts and Process Engineers. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders handling requirements and solutions, and technical stakeholders responsible for configuration and build. The objective is to analyse and translate business requirements into end-to-end, cost-efficient solutions that meet customer needs, while ensuring rapid time to market and immediate value through iterative delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Act as the functional point of contact between business and technical profiles
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into end-to-end solutions
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and remain cost-efficient
• Deliver solutions iteratively in an Agile environment to enable fast time to market and immediate value
• Monitor and analyse incidents and defects, and identify the actions required for resolution
• Execute tests in collaboration with other teams and colleagues
• Continuously seek efficiency improvements and contribute to excellent customer experiences

Profile sought

• Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing
• Trilingual capability required: English, Dutch and French, with excellent command of English/French or English/Dutch
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect and assess dependencies
• Ability to assess requirements and solutions end-to-end
• Customer-centric mindset and strong listening skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and confidently deliver presentations to groups
• Comfortable working to deadlines in sprints and operating with an Agile mindset
