Descriptif du poste

• Participate in the tasks of implementing fund events and carry out controls during implementation (e.g. new funds, compartments, mergers etc.)

• Provide the information requested in the context of internal and external audits, respecting response time and quality.

• Train and participate in the training of other less senior team members

• Propose improvements to the control system; escalate the processes and tools failures if any.

• Ensure proper communication and global notices to operational users regarding onboarding projects

• Perform sanity checks related to set-up performed

• Ensure timely and accurate set-up in the system of the Bank

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reportings to our internal and external customers

• Active participation in the different governances related to onboarding projects

• Knowledge management: produce user guides

• Lead onboarding Private Capital projects

Functional expertise:

• Expertise in Private Capital and Project Management related to Onboarding of Clients
