Data Manager Efficiency

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a strategic productivity initiative within a leading pharmaceutical R&D environment. As a Data Manager - Efficiency Engine, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing data workflows, and implementing automation solutions to accelerate project delivery within Research and Translational Medicine activities.
Key Responsabilities :

• Support the deployment and operational management of the Efficiency Engine initiative.
• Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the redesign of Data Management activities and RACI models.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve data capture and processing efficiency.
• Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams.
• Design, calculate, and track performance KPIs and dashboards.
• Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management.
• Experience in scientific data standardization and qualification.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM technologies.
• Experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, and automation.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and KPI/dashboard development.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, preclinical research, or translational medicine is preferred.
• Fluent French and English.
