Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to drive application landscape modernization and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

You will translate business capabilities into scalable solution designs, ensure architectural alignment across teams, and guide delivery in accordance with established standards and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements

• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards

• Decompose business capabilities into Solution Building Blocks

• Apply modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD)

• Lead architecture governance processes (ADR, ATAM, design boards)

• Align Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams

• Ensure implementation adheres to approved designs

• Contribute to application and integration architecture strategy

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect

• Strong background in application and integration architecture

• Experience with ArchiMate, TOGAF, ATAM (CBAM is a plus)

• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures

• Agile mindset and experience working in Agile environments

• Ability to work autonomously and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Experience with architecture modeling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus)

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
