Project Summary

Lead a Greenfield Workday HCM deployment within the Digital Organization, partnering closely with People and Culture (P&C) and People Services (PPLS).

The role combines end-to-end project management with deep functional expertise in Workday HCM and Talent Management to ensure alignment between platform implementation and People objectives.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Lead the Workday Greenfield deployment from planning and design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support using standard Workday deployment methodologies.

• Act as functional expert for Workday HCM and Talent Management, guiding process design decisions and best practices.

• Partner with P&C and PPLS to align system configuration with strategic business requirements.

• Identify project risks, manage scope changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with the external implementation partner to ensure delivery and accountability across milestones.

• Collaborate with change management teams to support transition and drive user adoption and readiness.

 

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

• Senior-level experience managing complex Workday deployments, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations.

• Proven hands-on deployment experience and deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management.

• Strong command of hybrid project management methodologies and the standard Workday deployment methodology.

• 7–8 years of professional experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience deploying and configuring additional Workday SKUs: Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, PRISM Analytics, Workday Journeys.

• Previous Workday certifications.
