🚀 I'm Hiring – Platform Analyst (GenAI Platform) - Freelance

📍 Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Olen

I’m currently looking for a Platform Analyst to join a team building the foundation of a next-generation GenAI platform designed to enable advanced reasoning and multi-agent orchestration across internal systems.

This platform empowers expert users to ask complex questions and receive structured, traceable answers by orchestrating AI agents interacting with multiple data sources.

🎯 Your Role

You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that platform capabilities align with real business needs while maintaining a clear overview of data flows, deployments, and platform usage.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and challenge requirements from:

  • Product Oriented Development (POD) teams expanding platform components

  • End users leveraging the reasoning engine and applications

  • Project sponsors shaping the strategic direction

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories

• Create structured documentation and architectural diagrams

• Monitor functional and non-functional status across deployments

• Serve as a key contact for support cases, feature requests, and new use cases

• Contribute to platform governance (access management, support model, testing standards, communication processes, inter-team collaboration)

🧠 Profile

Required:
✔️ 3+ years’ experience as an analyst in a technical/software development environment
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to balance business value creation with technical depth
✔️ Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, Azure Cloud, multi-agent systems, architectural documentation tools, and DevOps practices
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:
➕ Experience with enterprise-scale software or GenAI initiatives
➕ Familiarity with Python, .NET, TypeScript/frontend frameworks, software design patterns
