Description du poste
Intégré au pôle Supply Chain Execution d'une plateforme IT Opérations & Finance d'envergure internationale, le poste s'articule autour de deux axes majeurs : l'industrialisation des activités de RUN et la contribution active à des projets d'activation TMS à l'échelle mondiale (projet NEO Remediation).
Missions principales :
Pilotage et industrialisation du RUN :
Assurer le suivi et l'optimisation des processus ITSM et ITBM.
Suivre, analyser et restituer les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et le respect des engagements de service (SLA).
Support opérationnel et résolution d'incidents :
Prendre en charge le support de RUN niveau 2/3.
Piloter et coordonner la résolution des incidents en lien direct avec les équipes support des éditeurs et solutions tierces (Generix TMS, Manhattan ODES, OS4).
Structuration et capitalisation :
Structurer l'activité TMS au quotidien.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation opérationnelle et fonctionnelle relative aux processus transport.
Projet d'activation internationale (NEO Remediation) :
Contribuer à la coordination globale du projet d'activation impliquant le TMS Generix.
Assurer la collecte des données métier, la préparation et la réalisation des tests unitaires.
Suivre les développements spécifiques et accompagner le déploiement opérationnel.
