Contexte de la mission

We require an external consultant for a 6-month mission to handle the impacts of the

Securing Production project, focusing on migrating our Middle connections

infrastructure to a Data Warehouse (DWH) connection model. This project is critical for

enhancing data governance, security posture, and analytical reliability.

Objectifs et livrables

Primary Objectives

1. Data Specification & Validation: Partner with IT to define, audit, and validate datasets

under new architecture

2. Analytics Transition: Update Tableau dashboards and Python notebooks to leverage

new data connections

3. Project Oversight: Monitor progress, identify risks, and report on advancement

Key Deliverables

- Dataset specification documentation

- Data validation and quality reports

- Dashboard and notebook migration (Tableau & Python)

- Progress reports and project status updates

- Transition completion

Success Criteria

* All Middle connections successfully migrated to DWH

* All Tableau dashboards functional with new connections

* Python notebooks updated and tested

* Zero production incidents during migration
