Description du poste
Nous recherchons un consultant SAP ARIBA pour intervenir sur une implémentation complète chez un client basé à Vélizy dans le 78.
L’objectif de cette prestation sera de contribuer à la conception, l’implémentation et l’optimisation des processus Source-to-Pay / Ariba sur SAP S/4HANA tout en garantissant :
Ø L’alignement des processus globaux (AS-IS TO-BE),
Ø La cohérence des intégrations entre Ariba et SAP incluant CIM (Central Invoicing Management - DRC)
Ø La fiabilité des données
Ø La sécurisation des flux PTP (contrôle interne, conformité)
Ø Une adoption efficace par les équipes métiers.
Le Prestataire aura la responsabilité principale de (liste non exhaustive) :
Ø Cadrage fonctionnel & Gap Analysis :
o Collecter, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers worldwide
o Réaliser les gap analysis entre processus existants (AS-IS) et cibles (TO-BE),
o Identifier les écarts fonctionnels et proposer des optimisations,
o Contribuer à la rédaction et à la validation des spécifications fonctionnelles,
o Définir les processus cibles Purchase To Pay opérationnels activités de gestion du fichier maitre fournisseur (création via portail ou autre) et transactionnels (Demande d’achats, Commandes, Réception, traitement des factures et
paiment) mais aussi Finance AP incluant les clôtures mensuelles, annuelles financières liées au cycle fournisseur
