Context

leading financial services company is working on a platform, framework, and governance to structurally onboard new (genAI) bots for wide business usage. More specifically, the project focuses on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure & Copilot Studio to build a secure and solid platform and framework. Furthermore, as a botbuilder, you will be actually building said bots.

Missions

• Configure AWS services and work with Terraform scripting (infrastructure as code), AWS networking/gateways, AWS Landing Zone setup, lambda, and container services

• Evaluate and translate requirements into design

• Evaluate design benefits and trade-offs

• Validate design compliance and support deployment of the design to ensure requirements are met

• Use development tools to efficiently solve technical or business challenges, including technology evolution, capacity management, and performance optimization

• Innovate to present new ideas which improve an existing system/process/service

• Maintain knowledge of existing technology documents via technical writing

• Perform (complex) incident resolution and root cause analyses

• Be on duty call for the systems you are responsible for, if required
