Business Analyst Expert – Cards - Freelance

We are looking for a Business Analyst Expert – Cards to join a dynamic team and contribute to the evolution of card products and services within a leading financial environment in Belgium.

Location: Belgium
Work model: 50% on-site / 50% remote

Contract: Freelance or Permanent contract

Mission

As a Business Analyst Expert, you will:

• Analyse business issues and identify opportunities to improve card products and services.

• Analyse and evaluate change requests and translate business needs into concrete solutions.

• Work closely with squad members and stakeholders to identify, compare and evaluate different solution options.

• Define clear business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.

• Translate complex business needs into functional solutions and ensure alignment between business and IT.

• Define the business scope, target operating model and business/IT interfaces.

• Follow up the implementation of changes from business perspective.

• Coordinate and contribute to Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams and senior management.
