Product Manager E-Business / Ecommerce

What you will do:

● Product Vision & Strategy: Define and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities

● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ship features that solve complex problems across the whole value chain.

● Customer-Focused Solutions: Use research, data, and insights to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience

● Manage stakeholder relationships and scaling products across different locations, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives, particularly in a remote setup.

● Data-Driven Decisions: Drive key product KPIs (engagement, retention, adoption) and present results to leadership and stakeholders

● Execution Excellence: manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and MVP to launch and post-release iterations—while overseeing day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, and OKRs, to guarantee successful implementation and continuous improvement.
