The Everyone Can Build Crew (AI-Native Engineering)

Mission:
To propel Alan into the AI-native engineering era by building tools, agents, and infrastructure that enable both engineers and non-engineers to contribute confidently at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hopper (Alan’s AI Agent):
• Agent orchestration & parallel processing
• Web dashboard for builders
• AI-Native Engineering Enablement:
• Harness integration & agentic workflows
• Autonomous testing infrastructure
• Sandboxed development environments
• CI/CD & Quality Guardrails:
• Auto-fix mechanisms
• Complexity scoring
• AI-assisted PR reviews
• Non-Engineer Tooling:
• Flows for Designers, PMs, and Ops to contribute autonomously

2026 Focus:

Transition from "AI tools you monitor" to "AI agents you trust."

• Scaling Hopper (Alan’s coding agent)
• Building reliable agent pools, sandboxed environments, and autonomous testing
• Engineers offloading tasks to AI
• Non-engineers confidently opening PRs after self-testing

Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills (Preferred)

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, or AI-assisted coding tools (a strong plus)
• Passion for delightful experiences (UI/UX, APIs, or both)
