Program Lead – Operating Model Transformation - Freelance

Workload: 4 days per week (no Fridays)

Context
The company is undergoing a significant transformation of its operating model, shifting toward a value-stream organization across multiple business units.
As part of this transition, Care teams will take increased ownership of their operations, including performance and KPIs. A high-level framework and strategic direction are already defined by leadership.
The objective of this role is to operationalize this model and ensure its effective rollout across 4 new units.

Mission
Operational Rollout & Structuring

• Lead the implementation of a new value-stream operating model across Care units

• Translate high-level strategic principles into actionable processes and workflows

• Ensure consistency and scalability of the model across different teams

Cross-functional Alignment

• Work closely with Care, Product, Engineering, Operations, Data and Design teams

• Facilitate collaboration between Care and other business units or markets

• Clarify roles, responsibilities and ways of working across teams

Ownership & Execution

• Act as the main point of contact for all operational topics related to the rollout

• Handle escalations and provide clear, pragmatic solutions

• Drive execution autonomously with minimal supervision

Performance & KPI Structuring

• Support teams in defining and owning their operational KPIs

• Ensure alignment between operational performance and business objectives

• Bring clarity and structure to performance tracking

Profile

• Senior Product Ops / Operations profile with strong experience in scale-up environments

• Proven experience in rolling out operating models or organizational transformations

• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset

• Ability to onboard quickly and deliver impact from the first weeks
