- Operational scope of work

- Apply procurement process on equipement

- Determine tender purchasing documentation

- Determine adequate bidder’s list

- Manage tenders according to the Group strategy (tender issuance, follow-up, offers

alignment, challenge the need and supplier’s offer)

- Negotiate contractual and commercial terms

- Prepare Sourcing Recommendation

- Reporting of main KPIs into the department tools
