Project Summary

The initiative establishes a scalable End-to-End (E2E) content ecosystem centered on DAM and MLR integration, alongside POCs for Briefing, Workflow, and Reg Checker capabilities, with integration to publication platforms and KPI-enabling data connections.

The Senior Solution Architect supports implementation and integration planning of already-selected DAM and MLR platforms. The role ensures architectural coherence across content, compliance, automation, and digital systems while maintaining alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.

The role requires balanced architectural judgment: strong enough to structure integrations and technical flows, but pragmatic and delivery-focused, avoiding over-engineering.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

End-to-End Solution Architecture

• Define and maintain coherent end-to-end architecture across DAM, MLR, workflow, automation, data, and publication integrations

• Ensure scalable and modular design aligned with program objectives

• Support implementation planning for selected platforms (not vendor selection)

Integration & Connectivity

• Interpret and structure integration approaches (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, data synchronization)

• Ensure technical alignment between platforms and business process flows

• Support integration planning without acting as a low-level integration engineer

Business & Process Alignment

• Translate business and automation requirements into structured architectural designs

• Ensure technical tasks are aligned and logically sequenced

• Provide clarity and simplification, avoiding unnecessary architectural complexity

Governance & Architectural Coherence

• Maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, and structured design artifacts

• Review and validate solution designs for coherence and feasibility

• Identify integration risks and structural gaps early

Vendor & Platform Alignment

• Ensure selected DAM and MLR platforms are integrated coherently within the broader ecosystem

• Support implementation oversight (not leading vendor selection)

Continuous Improvement

• Identify simplification opportunities

• Ensure evolving architecture remains structured, pragmatic, and scalable

 

Experience Required

• 7–10+ years in solution architecture, system integration, or similar roles

• Experience working in multi-platform digital/content ecosystems

• Practical exposure to content platforms and MLR systems (e.g., Veeva or similar) — desirable but not mandatory

• Experience supporting platform implementation and integration planning

• Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, middleware, event-driven architectures), without being a deep technical developer

• Experience operating in regulated environments is beneficial

 

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
