AMFR BA Specific Reporting - Freelance

In the context of BNP acquisition of AXA Investment Managers, a major project was launched with Several streams (Data, Front-to-Middle, Back-Office, Reporting, Finance, ESG..)

Within the Reporting steam, several sub-streams were created (Regulatory, Client, ESG, Performance). Some mass reporting will be developed with an external solution, others in a custom tool.

However, many others reporting are ad-hoc, shadow IT (manual extractions from several front-office tools / Bloomberg, VB, ctrl-m jobs…)

The mission will consist in the migration of all these reporting in the BNP IT environment, and try to rationalize and

In parallel of the reporting stream, the resource will also contribute to the migration of such specific reporting for Risk and Investment guidelines area.

We are looking to a resource with at least 5 years’ similar experience developer commando with the following skills:

Language:

- French

- English (fluent mandatory)

Mandatory technical skills:

- Power BI

- SQL

- VBA

- Python

- Access

- Ctrl-M

- AGILE (Scrum) methodology

Optional technical skills

- Advanced knowledge in object-oriented programming and SOLID principles

- Code versioning tools (Git)

- Advanced skills in Web APIs and microservices architectures

- DevOps tools (Azure DevOps is an advantage)

- Good understanding of CICD pipelines

- Docker

- ETL

Soft skills

- Autonomy

- Analysis capacity

- Good relationship and capacity to interact directly with various teams: Performance & Reporting, Risk, Business teams other Technology teams,
