API Automation Project Manager - (KCM) - Freelance

Context

The API Platform is moving from a centralized model into a federated mode. In addition, there is a goal to reduce Time to Market and costs. Process reviews and tools have been launched to provide more automation and self-service for projects requiring APIs. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the objectives, responsibilities, and deliverables for the API Automation Project Manager in Fixed Price mode.

Missions

• Implement automation tools that have been identified, prototyped, and mostly tested into the delivery lifecycle process and within the AI-DLC tooling (backstage dev platform, CICD chain).

• Manage the project collaboratively with a pushy attitude focused on achieving objectives and timelines.

• Deliverables include:

  • Planning with tasks and timeline based on contributors' inputs.

  • Weekly reports highlighting progress, risks/issues, and mitigation/action plans.

  • Organize meetings, workshops, and produce meeting minutes.

  • Communicate clearly via emails and Teams with all stakeholders, providing management-ready escalation emails.

Deliverable Reception

• Payment is made only upon validation of deliverables, not upon delivery.

• Deliverable acceptance is performed within a maximum of seven (7) working days to verify compliance with the purchase order and project conditions.

• Non-compliance must be notified within twenty-one (21) working days from delivery; otherwise, deliverables are automatically accepted.

• Supplier must correct notified non-compliances and resubmit corrected deliverables within ten (10) working days at no additional cost.

• Project Name: API Automation

• Mandatory On-site Presence: Not mandatory but expected at least 3 days per month on-site

• Mission Duration: 6 months

Additional Information

• The proposal is fixed-price and includes all mission costs.

• The supplier must specify in their proposal:

  • Human resources (profile/seniority) and associated charges

  • Detailed schedule with key milestones

  • Any additional deliverables if existing

  • Desired payment schedule
