Program Manager - 6 months - Paris - Freelance

What we need
A confirmed senior project/program manager to steer a transversal delivery project for one of our  clients. Six internal domains, six connected platforms, plus the client's teams and a system integrator on the outside. There is no PM on it today

The hiring manager covering it alongside his own role, and the domains have flagged the lack of a single point of contact as the top delivery risk.

The mission
- Build and own one consolidated delivery plan across all domains and external parties, dependencies and critical path included
- Run the governance: weekly client sync, monthly steering committee, monthly demos, milestone status reports
- Keep a live risk and decision register, and be the single point of contact domains, the client and the integrator all route through
- Manage the interfaces with outsourced workstreams, and prepare testing and rollout

- Contract, full-time, 6 months
- Start: no later than early September. Later availability would be very difficult
- Paris, Lyon, hybrid, occasional travel including DACH region

The non-negotiable

They need to arrive, read a complex delivery landscape from written material, and start steering within two weeks. Streaming / OTT / CTV / broadcast background strongly preferred so the vocabulary isn't a learning curve. Has coordinated five or more engineering teams that didn't report to them, and can hold a steering committee with director-level client stakeholders from the first session.
