Our client is strengthening its Corporate Services function and is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Officer to join its Luxembourg-based team. This opportunity is suited to a professional who enjoys working with a varied portfolio of entities and who is looking for a position combining corporate administration, governance, client interaction, and technical responsibility.
Missions
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities and will:
- Manage the ongoing administration and governance of a diverse range of corporate and investment structures
- Coordinate the different stages of an entity’s corporate lifecycle
- Prepare and review corporate documentation, including agreements, resolutions, powers of attorney, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up on governance matters
- Serve as a trusted contact for clients, independently addressing day-to-day and more complex requests
- Support the management of banking relationships and account-opening procedures
- Coordinate external audit activities and liaise with relevant professional advisers
- Work closely with clients and external stakeholders such as lawyers, auditors, financial institutions, and other service providers
- Contribute to AML/KYC activities alongside the relevant internal teams
- Ensure that corporate records, registrations, and statutory requirements are properly maintained
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and entity information
- Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and reviewing their work
