Business Analyst - Debt Management - Freelance

Context

• Strengthen the Engineering team – support a group of 4 engineers to accelerate delivery of functional enhancements related to debt-management processes.
• Business-IT liaison – gather, analyse and formalise business needs, guarantee traceability and regulatory compliance, then drive the technical implementation.
• Ensure solution quality – plan and execute functional testing, validate conformance to the requirements and accompany rollout to end-users.

Missions

• Run working sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, complete, traceable Business Requirements (BR) – use cases, user stories, process diagrams, etc.
• Ensure correct use of the Olympic debt-management module, maintain functional settings and provide first-line support.
• Work with the Engineering team to break down work, estimate effort and monitor progress.
• Design test scenarios, prepare data sets, execute unit, integration and user-acceptance testing (UAT).
• Log, prioritise and follow up on issues discovered during testing; coordinate resolution with developers.
• Create training materials (guides, tutorials), run demonstration sessions and capture user feedback.
• Keep functional documentation, user manuals and process repositories up-to-date.
• Deliver weekly progress reports, phase summaries and performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Expected Deliverables

• Business Requirements (BR): Structured document detailed with functional needs. Transfer requirements to IT with acceptance criteria.
• Test plan & test cases: Validate conformity and record defects.
• Final delivery & Go-Live package.
