RED Global recherche un Business Analyst HRSD pour un Client Final
Dans le cadre de leur implémentation du module ServiceNow HRSD, nous recherchons un Business Analyst HRSD pour accompagner le Product Owner sur la définition, la conception et le déploiement du Catalogue de Services RH.
Responsabilités
· Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers RH.
· Animer les ateliers de cadrage et rédiger les comptes rendus.
· Définir et documenter les User Stories.
· Participer à la conception et à l’optimisation des processus RH dans ServiceNow HRSD.
· Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et accompagner les équipes de réalisation.
· Préparer et exécuter les recettes fonctionnelles.
· Rédiger les cahiers de recette et assurer le suivi des tests.
