Business Analyst (Salesforce) - CDI

o support our ongoing initiatives and strengthen our product delivery capability within the Onboarding Cluster, at Arval IT, we are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with strong experience in Agile environments, excellent refinement and backlog management skills, and solid functional knowledge related to onboarding topics.

The product scope is Arval Digital Onboarding (Check-Out), which is a Unified Orchestration Platform, a Salesforce Community–based module that manages the entire onboarding journey—from data collection to contract signature. Fully integrated with Arval’s Credit Check and KYX platforms, it supports a fully digitalized process and enables prospects to complete their enrolment autonomously, from proposal to electronic signature.

The consultant will play a key role in translating business needs into high-quality, deliverable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, Product, Development, and QA teams, while keeping a strong focus on value, quality, and delivery.

Agile Business Analysis & Delivery Support

• Work in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum / Kanban / hybrid environments)

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to support delivery objectives

• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies:

o backlog refinement

o sprint planning

o daily follow-ups (as needed)

o sprint reviews and retrospectives

Backlog Refinement & Requirement Definition

• Lead and structure refinement sessions

• Translate business needs into:

o Epics / Features / User stories

o Clear functional specifications where required

• Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with Definition of Ready

• Identify dependencies, risks, inconsistencies, and gaps early

User Story Writing Excellence

• Produce high-quality user stories respecting best practices (INVEST)

• Write strong acceptance criteria using Given / When / Then

• Ensure stories are:

o unambiguous

o testable

o complete, including edge cases and negative scenarios

Functional Expertise – Onboarding Topics

• Strong functional understanding of onboarding processes, such as:

o customer onboarding journeys

o employee onboarding workflows

o partner onboarding and access setup

o role and access management

o data capture and validation

o document collection and verification

o integration flows with back-office tools or external systems

o compliance considerations (where relevant: consent/GDPR/KYC/AML)

Testing & Quality Support

• Strong capability to support testing activities:

o define test scenarios aligned to requirements

o contribute to test case writing

o support UAT preparation and execution

o assist defect triage with clear prioritization and impact analysis

• Strong experience as Business Analyst / Functional Analyst on Salesforce (CRM)

The consultant will be expected to deliver and maintain:

• Clear epics/features/user stories aligned with product value

• Well-structured acceptance criteria (BDD format preferred)

• Requirement clarification materials (process flows, diagrams, decision logs)

• Refinement and delivery readiness support

• UAT support documentation and validation results (where relevant)
