Responsibilities As a Field Application Engineer (FAE), your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites
• Managing technical exchanges between customers, sales teams and R&D engineers
• Assisting customers during product integration and deployment phases
• Supporting field testing, validation activities and operational trials
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing first-level technical expertise
• Collecting customer feedback and ensuring efficient communication with internal development teams
• Contributing to continuous product improvement through field experience and customer insights
• Supporting pre-sales activities and helping customers understand system capabilities

Required skills

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, Field Application Engineering, Technical Support or Systems Engineering
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Broad technical background allowing efficient discussions with R&D teams
• Understanding of wireless communication systems, embedded electronics or telecom technologies
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Python knowledge (appreciated)
• German language skills (a plus but not a requirement)
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing startup environment

Salary Target salary range: €65,000 to €85,000 gross annual salary fixed
