RED Global est à la recherche de deux consultants ServiceNow CSM pour un projet d’implémentation CSM en Mode SAAS.
1. Consultant fonctionnel ServiceNow CSM
Ateliers, User stories et Gap analysis
2. Consultant technique ServiceNow CSM
Exécution des sprints, Paramétrage CSM
Expérience attendue :
5 à 7 ans d’expérience sur ServiceNow
Expérience en test automatisé
Expérience CSM Pro appréciée
Expérience dans les secteurs bancaire ou assurance appréciée

Démarrage : ASAP
Localisation : Hybride – Paris intramuros
Durée : 6 mois renouvelable
Langues : Français uniquement
