Dans un environnement IT complexe et multi-équipes, vous interviendrez en support des activités de transformation et d’amélioration des processus IT.
Vous participerez à :
L’analyse et la cartographie des processus existants
L’amélioration de la gestion des incidents et des flux IT
Le suivi et l’analyse des KPI opérationnels
La coordination entre équipes techniques et métiers
La documentation des processus et bonnes pratiques
Le support aux initiatives d’excellence opérationnelle
Objectif du poste :
