Missions

• Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization.

• Define and lead the firm’s IT AI and innovation strategy in strong partnership with business, data teams, and the parent group.

• Contribute to the identification, experimentation, and industrialization of innovative AI solutions supporting investment management, operations, compliance, distribution, and client servicing activities.

• Define and execute the AI & Innovation strategy aligned with group priorities.

• Industrialize AI adoption at scale across business lines.

• Drive measurable business value (efficiency, revenue, productivity).

• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management.

• Foster an innovation and experimentation ecosystem.

• Manage change and promote AI acculturation.
