Description du poste
Je recherche un consultant ayant absolument travaillé sur DOORS, POLARION ou MS PROJECT et avant obligatoirement travaillé dans le secteur de la défense.
Définir, formaliser et piloter la stratégie de développement de la solution et assurer la responsabilité technique – coûts – délais de cette solution en conformité avec les exigences clients,
Cadrer/ superviser la répartition et l’organisation de l’activité (WBS, OBS,RAM) et établir le référentiel de pilotage du projet (KPIs), et le référentiel activités ingénierie (SEMP)
Contractualiser le développement avec les acteurs internes et/ou externes,
Etre l’animateur principal de l'ingénierie et ainsi assurer l’interface entre tous les services contributeurs (numérique, modélisation, mécanique, pyrotechnique, sûreté de fonctionnement, supports, etc.) en pilotant de manière fonctionnelle les livrables liés à l’ingénierie et au système,
Etre responsable de l’application du processus de développement et de la résolution de problèmes tout au long des travaux et piloter les faits et risques techniques, calendaires et financiers
