Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Fintech & AI

The Project:

Join a visionary European Fintech in its pre-launch phase. Our client is disrupting the traditional banking sector through proprietary agentic and cumulative AI. The company is preparing for a large-scale launch across the European Union with a clear ambition: making financial services accessible to everyone through cutting-edge technology.

The Mission :
As CTO, you will be the guardian of the technical vision and the CEO’s right-hand partner. Your role is to transform an ambitious vision into a secure, scalable, and innovative platform.

• Strategy & Architecture: Drive the technical roadmap and oversee Cloud architecture (AWS) and proprietary AI structures.
• Scale-up: Recruit and lead a tech team of 20 to 30 talents (Mobile Dev, Security, DevOps, Data).
• Product: Supervise the development of mobile (iOS/Swift) and web applications, ensuring a seamless and ultra-secure user experience.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with strict European regulations (GDPR, banking standards) and manage relationships with strategic SaaS vendors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a charismatic leader, passionate about innovation, with impeccable operational rigor.

• Experience: 8+ years in technology, with a proven track record in Leadership (VP Eng, Head of Tech). Previous experience in Fintech, BaaS, or Gambling is highly desirable to understand complex transactional flows.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem (Swift/SwiftUI), Cloud (AWS), and integrating AI models (Python/ML).
• Leadership: You have successfully built or scaled technical teams from scratch.
• Mindset: You are a "visionary" yet pragmatic, comfortable in a structured and professional environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
