Description du poste
Au sein de la direction informatique d'un grand groupe cosmétique, la transformation digitale accompagne la recherche et les métiers scientifiques. L'organisation est structurée à l'échelle en mode produit (plus de 20 produits digitaux regroupés en 3 plateformes).
L'outil central de gouvernance du portefeuille produit et des opérations est ServiceNow (notamment le module SPM - Strategic Portfolio Management ainsi que de nouveaux espaces de travail collaboratifs).
Afin d'accélérer l'adoption, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Enablement / Formation & ServiceNow SPM pour professionnaliser les supports pédagogiques, animer les formations et accompagner au quotidien la communauté (Product Owners, Product Leaders, Métiers R&I, IT).
Objectifs et livrables
Refonte et ingénierie pédagogique (Design & Conception) :
Restructurer et moderniser les decks de formation existants (design percutant, vulgarisation, charte graphique).
Découper le format historique (1 journée) en modules courts et ciblés de 2 heures (Demand Management, Priorisation du Backlog, Gouvernance des Releases & Déploiements).
Concevoir les supports et ateliers dédiés aux nouveaux workspaces ServiceNow (CWM, SOW).
Animation et déploiement des formations (Training) :
Planifier et animer les sessions (français et anglais) auprès des PO, PL et acteurs métiers.
Concevoir des cas pratiques et mises en situation réalistes dans ServiceNow.
Accompagnement opérationnel & Run (Coaching & Support) :
Maintenir un accompagnement de proximité (office hours, permanences, coaching 1:1).
Aider à l'exploitation des KPIs/tableaux de bord et remonter les irritants utilisateurs pour l'amélioration continue.
