Description du poste
Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et des équipes IT.
Animer les ateliers fonctionnels et techniques.
Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
Accompagner les phases de recette et de mise en production.
Assurer un rôle d'expert et de référent EasyVista.
Former et accompagner les utilisateurs clés.
Apporter des recommandations sur les évolutions de la plateforme et des processus.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur des projets ITSM.
Expérience significative sur EasyVista.
Participation à des projets de déploiement ou de transformation ITSM.
Maîtrise de la solution EasyVista.
Bonne connaissance des processus ITIL.
Expérience en paramétrage, administration et optimisation d'outils ITSM.
Connaissance des CMDB, workflows et catalogues de services.
